Hi, I’m courtney wagner, INHC.
As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I specialize in helping women navigate their midlife health, including the phases of menopause (perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause). My focus is empowering women with the knowledge to become their own advocates. I provide support and guidance every step of the way to ensure each woman feels confident and well- equipped to embrace this amazing, yet often times, challenging phase of life.
I became a health coach because I knew there was a space to offer women guidance and support, as well as educate them on lifestyle modifications and resources that can quite literally be life changing. Fact: every woman will experience menopause. Fact: no woman has to suffer through menopause.
